FOUNDER
David started photographing weddings in 2007 and has been photographing weddings all over the world for the past 15 years. While building what Swidrak & Co. is today, he spent 11 of those years serving as a worship pastor in churches in northeast Ohio. It's here where he met his wife, Brittany, and they now have identical twin girls, Adeline & Avery. David and Brittany celebrated 10 years of marriage in 2021 by renewing their vows in Valley of Fire State Park, NV.
Clare, of course, was there to photograph it.

David is the full heart and driven soul behind Swidrak & Co. His passion for art in all forms and the overall grandeur of weddings inspired his company, designed for refined and genuine storytelling. Captivated by each love story he encounters, David documents your beautiful, fleeting moments with deep purpose and intent.
Lead Photographer
Clare is a born and raised Clevelander. She got married to her husband, Michael in 2020 as a Swidrak & Co. bride and joined the team as a photographer in 2021! They have two dogs, and a cat named Olive. Until David recruited Clare as his associate photographer, she worked as a full time registered nurse, and did photography as her side hustle.
Clare prefers sunrises over sunsets, beer over wine, and mountains over beaches. Lord of the rings is her favorite movie series, loves to binge watch the Office, and anything chicken bacon ranch is her favorite meal.

Wedding Planner
With a background in wedding event management and marketing, I’ve always been passionate about designing and curating unforgettable weddings—down to the finest detail. My love for exploring new experiences, trends, and creative ideas fuels my drive every day, and I’m constantly seeking opportunities to challenge myself and bring fresh visions to life. Outside of work, there are a few things I truly enjoy. Coffee is a daily essential for me, whether it’s a perfectly brewed cup or an oat milk latte. I also have a deep love for plants and make sure to have fresh flowers in my apartment every week, with Cala lilies being my favorite. When it’s time to unwind, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, often with a dirty martini or an espresso martini in hand, whether it’s a cozy date night or a night out in the city. I look forward to connecting with you and bringing your vision to life!

Meg Weigand
Lead Photographer
Ellen was born and raised in Cleveland, OH. She is not only the sister of David Swidrak, but has spent the last 6 years as his assistant at all of his weddings. While she’s not behind a camera, she spends her time raising 4 beautiful children with her husband, Justin.
Ellen is a creative through and through in all areas of her life. From the aesthetics of her home to cooking a delicious batch of fettucine alfredo from scratch. She excels in everything she does including capturing love as a wedding photographer. She loves spending time with family and is always up for a glass of wine.

As an assistant designer, Ariana finds her passion in creating beautiful and personal experiences with everyone she works with. With a background and education in design, Ariana uses everything she’s learned and the experience she’s gained to create design that is not only breathtaking but meaningful. She appreciates making genuine connections with people and using their stories to create memories that last a lifetime.
Ariana is a designer in every facet of life. Whether designing a new brand, a website, or an interior space she carries her love for creativity into each aspect of her life. Outside of design, she finds inspiration in reading good books, crafting new recipes, spending time outdoors, or with her loved ones. More than anything Ariana values quality connections with people and applies that to the working relationships she creates.
